I'm not really sure why, but this thriller fell a little flat for me.
I found that I couldn't suspend disbelief quite far enough and I just didn't care a lot.
And yet, it wasn't a bad story.
Tech company mergers, insider trading, the Russian mob.... and one poor sap stuck in the middle with no idea how he got there.
I really loved the last chapter-- you know, the "two months later" resolution? I really liked it. :)
If you're a fan of lawyer thrillers, you may want to try this one.
