While I didn't LOVE this one as much as the first 2, I did enjoy it.
Weaving Thomas Beckett's history into Doctor Bruno's adventures made for an interesting plot.
Didn't love the return of a character from Heresy as much as I wanted to, but what can you do?
I do have to say, though, that Bruno's consistent desire to pin things on people because he thinks they're guilty and wants them to be, when the facts point elsewhere, is getting old. He's too smart to keep doing that over and over.
Recommended, but read the first two first, or you'll be missing details.
