A fun beginning to a new Victorian trilogy.

I love Victorian mysteries with strong female leads and Mary is that even if she is a novice and knows it.

It's a bit Hunchback Assignments... without the steampunk and shapeshifting. 

Totally fun no matter how you look at it.  I enjoyed it.  Already have the next 2 on hold.  :)
