Technically, I did not read this whole book.  I skipped whole chunks and skimmed a lot.

Jess, the main character drove me NUTTY.

The plot itself isn't bad, very Mary Higgins Clark, and maybe the problem was more that I'm not in the mood for that kind of thing right now, but it just didn't work for me.
