This adorable book from Bob Shea (who is awesome) cracks me up.
Poor Daddy needs help with EVERYTHING.
Really cute story that MeiMei loves even though she doesn't get it.... same with Mister.... and after several readings Boo finally said "You know, I think the dad was being silly to get the kid to do the stuff."
You think, Boo? lol
It's true, the dad is deliberately doing things wrong to encourage the kid to do what he's supposed to be doing when he gets distracted.
This one has LOTS of reread value at our house... and MeiMei has a lot of it memorized.
