books 2 and 3 of Origami Yoda
4 stars... each, not altogether ;)
The second and third installments prove just as entertaining as the original.
Quick diary-style reads, with all the doodles and different fonts that have become popular in that vein. Fun and quirky but with some really good messages hidden in there too.
I must say, though, man am I glad to be far removed from middle school and all the drama thereof. Wowza.
Anyway, recommended, especially for reluctant boy readers in late elementary or early middle school.
