So we got together with friends last weekend to have brunch and read all of the fall/Thanksgiving/pumpkin themed books so that they could be put away or taken back to the library.
Because really, it's time to get out Christmas books.
So we read:
Amelia Bedelia Talks Turkey
A Plump and Perky Turkey
10 Turkeys in the Road
Bear Says Thanks
How Big Could Your Pumpkin Grow?
In November
Thanks for Thanksgiving
Amelia Bedelia was really just too long for the kids with everything we were reading, so we didn't get to:
Perfect Pumpkin Pie
Pick a Pumpkin, Mrs. Millie
Give Thanks for Each Day
Arthur's Thanksgiving
Perfect Pumpkin Pie is more of a Halloween book, but it's a fall favorite around here. And with all of these titles there was really something for everyone.
What does your family read for Thanksgiving?
