This cute picture book manages to teach a lesson, admitting to it right from the beginning, without being preachy or obnoxious.
Willow is off to the circus, but on the way she keeps getting distracted, only to find she gets there too late. She's given a second chance and told that sometimes you have to say no to good things so that you can say yes to great things. Willow learns and this time makes it to the show.
I really enjoyed this one. More than I expected to, honestly. It is super cute and teaches a great lesson. I can totally see this being a book we read again and again.
